Sears Hometown Store at 721 West Bedford Road, Morris, Illinois.

This is not about the Store itself. I placed my order on-line. My printout and receipt specifically state 'Haul Away Old Item INCLUDED' when the delivery showed up the men were unable to take away my old items because it wasn't on their work order. I showed them my printout, however, they did not have room on the truck for the haul away. I called customer service and was redirected 3 times. I have been on the phone since the delivery started, fridge and stove delivered and men are gone and I am still trying to schedule a Haul Away for my old items. The customer service line is Terrible! The connections are bad and it is not easy to hear the people on the other line. I ended up having to pay for Haul Away and reschedule a date. I don't mind paying for it, my issue is that the internet order was misleading and the level of customer service provided by the scheduling department is horrible. They have absolutely no idea how to help people. I ordered a fridge and a stove and was asked what items I'd like hauled away....really? My dryer please... *sarcasm* So 41 minutes later and now I will be "getting a call back" from the warehouse to schedule pick up of my old items. "sometime today" Fabulous. I'm very unhappy with this situation and most likely will not be using Sears in the future.
